Why this product
Hip seat and carrier in one: your child sits on the seat, the strap holds them – up to 20 kg according to the supplier.
Three reasons for the Buggino Rügen
-
Up to 20 kg load according to the supplier, age range 0–36 months.
-
4 carrying positions according to the supplier: front, lying, face to face, facing forward – newborns lying across.
-
Cotton with mesh inserts, breathable all round according to the supplier; sun/wind hood, bottle pocket and detachable back panel included (6 combinations).
The Buggino Rügen in everyday life
-
Every day: Teething, cooking, phone call: your child sits on the hip seat at your side, the carrier holds them, you have both hands free.
-
Out and about: A walk or a visit to grandma's without a stroller: seat around the hip, child on, strap closed.
-
Traveling: When traveling, every flight of stairs counts: with your child on your hip, one hand stays free for the suitcase.
To be honest
The supplier does not state the carrier's own weight; material and the 0–36 months age range are purely the supplier's statements with no standard named – we do not yet have a test report to EN 13209-2. According to the supplier, newborns are carried lying across only.
Care and warranty
Cotton according to the supplier; no washing instructions are given – if in doubt, hand-wash the carrier at 30 °C and let it air-dry. When carrying: face clear, nose and mouth uncovered, legs in the M-position.
The 2-year statutory warranty within the EU applies.
