30-day test drive

A stroller has to fit your everyday life – your boot, the kerb, the stairs in your building. That's why Buggino gives you 30 days from delivery to try out any product at home. If it doesn't suit you, we'll collect it and refund the full purchase price.

How it works

1. You try the product in everyday life for 30 days – walks, the car, the shopping. Signs of use that come from this are fine.
2. If it doesn't suit you, email us at info@buggino.com with your order number.
3. Within one working day, we'll send you a returns label or, for strollers and large items, arrange a collection date with the freight forwarder. Returns are free within Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
4. As soon as the goods have arrived at our logistics partner, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Conditions

The product must come back complete, including accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging (an opened box is no problem). It must be clean, undamaged and must not have been modified. For hygiene reasons, the 30-day return for teethers, potties, nursing pillows and baby baths only applies as long as the seal or hygiene protection has not been removed – otherwise the statutory right of withdrawal applies.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected

The 30-day test drive is a voluntary offer from Buggino and applies in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You'll find all the details in the withdrawal policy. The two-year statutory warranty applies to every product.
