How to collect points
- Shopping: 1 Buggino point for every full euro of goods – after discounts, excluding shipping.
- Create a customer account: 100 points to start.
- Your child's birthday: 200 points as a gift if you add the birthday to your points account at least 30 days in advance.
How to redeem points
100 points are worth €2. In your points account (the gift button at the bottom left of the screen) you turn your points into a discount code and enter it at checkout. Your current balance is always shown there.
Terms
- You collect points with a free Buggino customer account.
- Points are credited once your order has been paid. If you withdraw or return items, we deduct the points for the returned items.
- Points expire 36 months after they were credited.
- Points are not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
- Discount codes from points cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- We may change or end the programme with reasonable notice. You can still redeem points you have already collected for at least three months afterwards.
