Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire(s) physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods. Please let us know briefly by email at info@buggino.com or by phone on +49 89 20003903 that you are sending the goods back; you will then receive a free returns label. Goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (e.g. strollers) will be collected from you at our expense; we will agree the collection date with you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary right of return: 30-day test drive

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can test any product in everyday use and return it if you are not satisfied. The condition is that the product is returned complete, undamaged and in a clean condition; normal signs of use from trying it out are acceptable. For hygiene items (teethers, potties, nursing pillows, baby baths), the voluntary right of return only applies as long as the seal or hygiene protection has not been removed. We refund the purchase price after receipt and inspection of the goods. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this voluntary right of return.
