Shipping and delivery

Delivery countries: Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg. Other EU countries on request by email.

Shipping costs: We ship strollers, buggies and all orders of €49 or more free of charge. Below that, we charge €4.90 per order – the amount is shown in your cart.

Delivery time: usually 3 to 7 working days after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped from warehouses in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and France; there are no customs or import charges. You can see the estimated delivery date on every product page.

Carriers: DHL, DPD, GLS or a freight forwarder, depending on size and delivery address. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Partial deliveries: If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels from different warehouses. This does not incur any additional shipping costs.

Transport damage: Please check your delivery when you receive it. If the box is visibly damaged, have the courier confirm the damage and report it to us within 48 hours with photos at info@buggino.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Returns: 30-day test drive, free collection or a returns label – details under 30-day test drive.

Your legal guarantee rights

All products come with the legal guarantee of at least two years. Here is the official information from the European Union:

Pay in 3 with Klarna
