Why this product
Cushion and thermometer are already included – you still check the temperature with your hand, then fold the tub up.
Three reasons for the Buggino Texel
-
Built-in thermometer according to the supplier: 1 glance at the water temperature – it does not replace the hand test.
-
Bath cushion included – 2 pieces in the set, for 0–6 months according to the supplier.
-
Tub made of PP (polypropylene) according to the supplier, foldable – stored flat after bath time.
The Buggino Texel in everyday life
-
Every day: Evening bath in the bathroom: insert the cushion, run the water, read the thermometer and double-check with your hand. Then you fold the tub up.
-
Out and about: Sleepover at grandma's: tub and cushion come along folded. The supplier does not state dimensions.
-
Travelling: Holiday rental: folded, the tub fits in the car. For air travel we still lack size and weight.
To be honest
The built-in thermometer does not replace the hand test – how accurately it measures, the supplier does not state. Dimensions and weight of the tub are also missing from its data.
Care and warranty
Rinse the tub after bathing and leave open to dry, rinse and dry the cushion; do not clean the thermometer with abrasives. Never leave your baby unattended in the water – keep one hand on your child at all times.
The 2-year statutory warranty within the EU applies.

- The baby bath or bath cushion is not a safety device: always keep one hand on your child.
- Check the water temperature yourself before bathing (about 37 °C); a temperature indicator does not replace this check.
- Use only fully unfolded and locked on a stable, level surface; fill water only up to your child's hip height.
- Empty the water completely straight after bathing.
